Seriously, I'm not making any money off of this and likely never will, what are the chances you are gonna make any money off of this? Can't you write your own crappy shit? But if you do happen to find something funny or interesting, and want to re-post it, just ask, I'm down with that as long as I'm given appropriate credit. Or if you want to link-up (no, not hook-up, link-up you creep), that's cool too. Just don't steal my stuff and pretend it's your own... you'll most likely just alienate your friends and family and end up living "in a van down by the river." And then I might have to sic my goats on you!
These audio blogs rather remind me of Harry Chapin songs. Love them!
They are fun to do. It gives me a “hobby” when I can’t think of something to write!
Mr. Smither – is he Tim Taylor’s brother (Home Improvement)?
Lol, not Tim Taylor’s brother, but could easily be me with some of my remodeling mishaps!
You’re a modern day Tom Lehrer and I really mean that. Great stuff – Bring on the concept album!
Thanks Richard. His advantage? He actually knew how to compose music whereas I have to spend hours finding music that will fit!
How did I miss this! Awesome. And nice work timing it with the ending. Did you loop it? Or, did it just happen to be the perfect length? The geek in me wants to know.
Thanks, no not a loop, it just happened to fit perfectly. Well almost perfectly. I kept trying to start the words at the beginning of the song, but the song was one verse too short. Finally it clicked, I needed to read the first verse of text as the opening with no music… and voila, it worked!
